Oakfield prides itself in developing exceptional teaching staff. CfBT Education Trust, through its Assistant Director of Schools, has access to many leading Educational Consultants. The Trustees encourage research-based learning both through sponsored programmes and also through work across the CfBT family of schools and nurseries.
